We are expanding our operations in Ludhiana and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage day-to-day store activities and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all rental services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, rentals, and returns, offering personalized recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all equipment is available, well-maintained, and ready for rentals.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track and analyze sales and rental trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update records of rental agreements and transactions.
Qualifications:
- 10+2, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or store management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment and tech gadgets is a plus.
