Job Description
Position – IT Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Help and support employees in installing application and programs
- Resolve network issues, configuring operating systems using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Qualification
- Western educated or Native English Speakers preferred
- Any Graduation:. MCA / BCA/ B Tech/Any diploma in IT support will be an added advantage
Experience
- Candidates with 1-2 years prior experience in providing IT support to remote employees.
- Experience in BPO Industry will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- This role is ideal for someone who has managed a network of at least 100 computers and some servers.
- Knowledge of Windows networking, Server 2003 & 2008 domain
- Active directory is a must, along with PC & Server Building and maintains.
- Knowledge of Linux based dialler Go-Autodial, VC dial would be an advantage
