Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and call center roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely closures of open positions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in BPO and call center hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
