Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervising the performance and providing daily direction to  team members to deliver to Organization goals of Quality standards and Productivity standards
  • Monitoring & managing team of Telesales executives & driving productivity
  • Ensuring lead generation & conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.
  • Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement.
  • Achieve stretched targets and be able to take decisions and manage complex/ difficult conflict situations with either customers or employees.
  • Assisting Team Manager with process improvement initiatives by coordinating with either other teams in the Process or within Customer Support for system efficiency enhancement projects, implementation on the floor of engagement programs, reward and recognition programs and staffing , training and scheduling issues
  • Controlling attrition
  • Achieve stretched targets and be able to take decisions and manage complex/ difficult conflict situations with either customers or employees.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education and/or post graduate in any discipline

Experience

  • Candidates with minimum 2 yrs. of experience as Team Leader on papers in BPO (Telesales process only)
  • Training in team leading would be beneficial
  • Experience in BPO Industry will be an added advantage
  • Candidate should have dialer experience
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Hands on experience in International Process.
  • Candidate Should be ready to work from office/home

  • Good in People Management.
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
